Telstra's representatives, Aurecon, contacted owners of the units at 27 Gerler Street (also known as 32 Hebe Street).
The 15 page document begins with a formal letter of notification of Telstra's intent to construct a mobile telecommunications facility at 27 Gerler Street Bardon. The document contains 3 attachments:
